Wakko the Kidd drops his newest Video hit, “9 Chainz”. He is respected and best known all over California, his native hometown. However, on September 1st, 2022, He became the latest victim of a crime wave gripping Los Angeles. The rapper was shot six times in a home invasion robbery and was in critical condition. Wakko tells Abc News, “I feel like everybody with money is under attack in L.A. I feel lucky to be alive after I survived being shot multiple times in an ambush attack.”
In the music video 9 Chainz, Wakko recaps footage of his recovery. He shot the music video in the same place the shooting occurred. Wakko brought all his homies and had a block party celebrating his Life. Wakko States, “9 chains are about Enjoying Life and reaching your goals.”
