Bad Luck Brigade return with their latest album, NOTHING, a project that continues to define the Salt Lake City group’s distinctive approach to live-band hip-hop. Formed in 2022 by Kilow and Ikaika Meatoga, the six-piece has built a reputation for energetic performances that blend tight arrangements with moments of improvisation. That balance has helped them share stages with artists like Killer Mike, EarthGang, and JMSN, and it remains central to their sound.
Rather than relying on backing tracks, Bad Luck Brigade build their music from live instrumentation- drums, bass, guitar, keys, and horns- paired with sharp lyricism and an enticing, unfiltered delivery.
